Please contact hello@ezdetanglerbrush.com or simply open a ticket right within this portal immediately with your order number and the changes you would like to make. 


Although we cannot guarantee that we'll catch your order in time before it enters processing, we will try our absolute best to make the requested changes/cancellation. Kindly note that once an order enters processing at our warehouse, we no longer have the ability to make any changes to it. 

In a case where the package is already in processing at our warehouse or has been shipped, you can simply refuse the package upon delivery and request to have it returned to the sender. The courier will then ship it back to us at no cost to you.
