Please contact hello@ezdetanglerbrush.com or simply open a ticket right within this portal immediately with your order number and the changes you'd like to make to your order. Although we cannot guarantee that we'll catch your order in time before it enters processing, we will try our absolute best to make the requested changes. Kindly note that once an order enters processing at our warehouse, or has been shipped, we no longer have the ability to make any changes to it.

If there is any price difference for the change, we will place your order on hold and send you a custom invoice. Kindly let us know once the invoice has been paid so we can manually release your order for processing again. If your order has already entered processing or has been shipped from our warehouse, we will not be able to adjust your shipping method.
